MEN'S FASHION TIPS: MATCHING MENS SHOES WITH SUITS OR PANTS

have received many queries by readers on how to match their shoes against their other mens clothing, like suit or pants. Actually it is not as difficult as they think it is since the choices of colors for men's shoes are quite limited. Unless you have a taste for extraordinary colors, otherwise there should not be much problem coordinating dress shoes.

Always remember that formality of dress shoes begins from the darkness of its color. For example, black is always the most formal color while light brown is the least formal. So you should match your shoes against your suits or pants based on the occasion. If you are attending a formal business dinner, then naturally black shoes are your ultimate choice rather than brown shoes.

Of late, there are more men wearing light brown or camel colored dress shoes against their dark colored suits or pants. These high contrast creates a very trendy style which I personally like. However, we should also note that this combination gives a more casual feel toward it.

What if the suit or pants are brown-based colors like olive or chocolate colors? Must we definitely wear it against brown shoes? Not necessarily, black shoes are just as fine. For dealing with colors involving our complexion, we would not want to wear colors that brings out the negative aspect of our complexion. For example, if you are very fair with light colored hair, then you should not be wearing pale colored shirts like yellow or white that will wash out your facial complexion further. Instead choose earthy colors to warm up the face with vibrancy.

Color combination between clothing would require the understanding of hues and tones. We must learn how to use the vivid colors against the dull and light colors to accentuate different parts of your men's clothing. It catches attention and yet not steal the focus away from your face.

For mixing pattern, there is coordination between pattern of same design and patterns of different designs. The ultimate challenge is mixing three or four patterns together but not looking ridiculous at all. The fundamental art of working with patterns is the understanding of scales and sizes of patterns so that you can merge them together without creating tension or strong clashing vibration.

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION OR IMPOTENCE - WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Impotence can also be called Erectile Dysfunction. It refers to the inability of a man to maintain an erection during sex. It can include a reduced sense of sexual excitement, which in turn leads to a loss of an erection.

Getting An Erection and Love-Making

A man must be sufficiently aroused by one or more means to enjoy a firm erection. The arousal can be psychological or physical or even both together.

Generally the method of stimulation required to achieve arousal can be what a man views or feels. Also the utilisation of sensual or erotic language can have the desired effect too. On the other hand it can be his imagination producing thoughts and images that are of a sexual nature. Many men enjoy a combination of the both fantasy and reality.

Erections That Are Involuntary

It is well known that men get a type of erection that can be referred to as an involuntary erection. In other words an erection that he has not deliberately set out to have. A man may often notice he has an erection in bed in the morning and just before emptying his bladder. During the night the bladder has been filling with urine and this has in turn pressed on the prostate gland. Stimulating the prostate gland brings sexual arousal and this results in an erection.

There will be other times when a man gets an erection that is involuntary. For instance, a man can be sexually aroused when in the company of a person who he finds attractive sometimes. He will not necessarily want to have an erection but because he is sexually stimulated there is a good possibility that he will experience an erection anyway.

How Does the Body Achieve An Erection?

Inside the un-erect penis there are three empty chambers. These chambers fill with blood and the penis becomes stiff and erect. The penis grows longer and gets wider too.

When sexual stimulation (physical or imagined) or involuntary stimulation is present, the brain sends a message to increase the blood pressure in the body and to send blood to enlarge the penis. The three chambers in the penis fill with blood and the penis becomes hard and erect.

For the duration of sexual arousal, the penis will stay enlarged and blood is stopped from escaping from the penis by muscles at the base.

Interestingly the nervous systems of the body play an important part in all of this. The parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous system are the two in question. Usually only one of these systems dominates at any one time. However to achieve an erection the two systems work together.

This information can provide a better idea of how impotence or erectile dysfunction arises. If a man experiences anxiety during sex it can alter the balance between the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous system and lead to the loss of an erection.

In summary, impotence or erectile dysfunction is the lack of a lasting erection through to ejaculation. An erection is most often lost just before or during penetration and sometimes in the act of putting a condom on.

MAKING A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION ON WOMEN

ALWAYS look your best. I know this sounds REALLY obvious but you'd be surprised by how many men don't understand the importance of this simple tip. If you make a BAD first impression your chances with her reduce drastically to just 20%. This means that to make her attracted to you AFTER the first 3 minutes of meeting her will be incredibly difficult if her first impressions of you were bad.

It’s the difference between climbing a mountain and using a helicopter to fly up one. Good first impressions means you’re on your way to the top in the helicopter, bad first impressions means you have a difficult climb to success – no helicopters for you.

What you wear is very important. I could try to recommend a certain look but as with all things fashionable by the time you read this it may have changed.

Get the latest GQ magazine or other fashionable men's magazine's and imitate the styles you see there -- most women don't really care what labels you are wearing as long as you look good so you don't have to spend the Earth on clothing.

Many guys I help dress better usually comment on how strange they feel wearing clothes they are uncomfortable in, but nine times out of 10 they start to feel natural and even confident wearing their new wardrobe within days.

Make sure you smell good. Again this is extremely important. Remember how you feel when a woman walks by you and she smells soooo good - you feel an instant attraction even though you don't know her - well, that's how women feel too.

Wear a good-quality cologne, but don't spray too much.

One squirt on both sides of the neck, and one squirt on both wrists -- maximum. You don't want to smell too overpowering.
